Everyone (1200+ people) met at BYU's LaVell Edwards' Stadium @ 7:30AM. We got FREE breakfast and a FREE T-Shirt! It was great!
We were split into companies. UVU was assigned to go to Suncrest Elementary! We painted an Alphabet Catapillar, Snail hopscotches, Shape circle, and the U.S. map! It was a great turn out! The kids were so excited!
There were times where the kids gave us compliments. Such as, "Thanks for doing this for us." "Those girls are so nice." "You guys are nice for doing this for us." and MANY more! The compliments made my day. But most importantly doing the service and knowing that who I am doing it for is grateful for it, made my day!
We ended at about noon! It was such a great day! :)
