Proud Viking

Yesterday was the football game, Pleasant Grove High Vs Timpanogos. My friends and I got there at 5:45 pm, but the game didn't even start till 7:00. We were just going to save seats for our other friends, but there were very few seats left. The Timp side had lots of room! So some people from P.G. went over to the Timp side to go sit down but they didn't let them in, because the police was guarding. The police said, "If you are from Pleasant Grove you are not allowed to come sit on the Timp side." It was pretty lame because we had so much more people at the game that came from P.G. than Timp. But oh well, it was all good. Everyone was just standing because those with no seats were in the very front and those that got seats couldn't see because of them. Finally our friends showed up at six thirty and thirty minutes later the game started. We all knew this was going to be a very intense game. We weren't worried at all. So first and second quater passed and as third quarted came along the score was 24-0. Vikings are creaming Timp and we are all loving it! Then it was fourth quarter and we made more touchdowns. Then there was one minute and thirteen seconds (1:13) on the clock when Timp made a touchdown. So not cool, but I guess they deserve to atleast make one touchdown. Of course with NO surprise, Vikings totally dominated. I sure loved the score board at the end. Timpanogos 6 and Vikings 34. I am so proud to be a viking! "Let the good times roll Vikings"

Life @ School

This last Thursday which was the 20th, school started. I am taking some challenging classes but...I have the most amazing teachers ever! Let me tell you about my classes so far. Al I have Medical Anatomy and Physiology with Mr. Greenwood, he is pretty awesome, I have heard from others that it is a very hard class but i'm sure with him, i'll love the class. A2 I have Us History 2 with Mr. Newman, Oh my where to start with him...he has tons of jokes and he acts like a teenager which is good because he understands us. I never thought history could be so much fun. A3 I have seminary with Sister Brown. I was hopeing to get her, because I've talked to her and said hi to her many times but we don't really know each other. Now I can finally get to know her better. A4 I have Pre Calculus with Ms. Smithson. She is amazing! I love how she explains everything so clearly. I don't know if i will pass this class, but what I do know is that I will do my best. I have so many friends in this class, so it can get pretty intense! Now we can do our own study group. Now to "B" days! B1 I have English H with Ms. Robertson, oh my she is hillarious! Her laugh is so cute, I LOVE it! I was so worried because it's an honors class but once I met her and saw a lot of my friends in the class, I know it'll be such an amazing year! B2 I have Fitness with Ms. Dahl, I don't really know how I feel about this class because it is a 10th grade class, I know it will still be fun though. I'm really enjoying Dahl very much. Dang sophmores can get pretty annoying, I know, I have to give them a break because they are only sophmores, but still. :D! I love to call this class P.E. which according to me and a few of my friends it stands for Painful Education! I hope you agree with that because it is. B3 I have Dance 3 with Stacey (Ms. Squires). I have 6-8 friends in the class. It is a total blast my friends and I say "Dance is going to be a party and a freakin' half" which makes no sense but we all love the saying. I've never had a better dance teacher. My friends and I in dance 3 are hopeing to try out for dance company, but who knows if I will. Stacey is killing us this year! I'm super sore right now! Lastly, B4 I have Chemistry with Van Dijk, I love this guy he is amazing! I'm so glad I got him. I know i'll enjoy chemistry even though it is still a challenging class. There is my junior year for you! “What is the difference between school and life? In school, you're taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you're given a test that teaches you a lesson.”
