Costume Crazy

Last night my family and I went costume hunting. I am wanting to be Tinkerbell this year because my dance friends and I decided to be something that needs a tutu, so one of my friends wants to be a "Bumblebee" another of my friends wants to be a "ladybud" and yesterday my friend told me she wanted to be a "Orange Fairy." I am so excitied! During dance we are all going to be wearing out tutu's and dance in them. The tinkerbell costume costs $40.00-80.00 plus tax. So instead of buying it, i'm going to make it. I don't know how well it's going to turn out but we will have to wait and see. I'm beyond excited to make it and to see how it's going to turn out. But i'm even more excited to see most of my friends in their tutu's and all of us together, that'll look way cool haha. I have a feeling this Halloween is going to be so much fun! V.I.K.I.N.G.S, Vikings are the BEST

Yesterday was the American Fork vs Pleasant Grove football game. It was so much fun, because I got to hang out with one of my A.F. friends. She is so sweet, kind and funny! So after half time she came over to our side, which is the "cool side." She was having problems with some guys from here school, so she decided to come hang out with us. It was fun hanging out with her for the rest of the game. The score for the game was American Fork- 7 and Pleasant Grove- 21. We totally beat them in their homecoming game. So sad for them. After the game my friend and I were heading to my car and we were wearing out P.G. shirts. So some A.F. people yell out the window "PG Sucks!" My friend and I said back to them, "Yeah that's why we won." They got so mad they started yelling other things; we couldn't here them anymore. Plus we were laughing so hard. It took us 45 minutes to get our of the parking lot, if not it took us more. It was pathetic. Once we got out of the mess, we headed to Artic Circle to get courtesy cones. I love them, they are small ice cream cones haha! Well, that's how my day went. What an adventure. "Cherish every moment no matter how happy or sad, it's your life"

Homecoming Pageant/Game

Well, this last week was the homecoming pageant and the homecoming game. Two very intense occasions. Let me tell you about the Pageant first. So on Wednesday the young woman went to the pageant for mutual. I was beyond excited to go! The theme for Homecoming this year is "Dancing in the Moonlight." So it was very decorative. There was 22 contestants. Let me name them for you. Sammi Dodson-Softball Julie Mazeika-Cross Country Danelle Shrader-HOSA Mallory Straus-Orchestra Jessica Condos-Operation Smile Merrie Carson-A Cappella Lexi Robbins-KPGR Sara Dickerson-Swim Team Carrie Love-Cheerleading Alexa Berry-Spirit Team Shaylyn Skinner-FFA Chunie Johnson-Soccer Darcie Hill-Ballroom Team Camille Peterson-Journalism Samantha Espiritu-FBLA Mysti Rose-Dance Company Melissa Jenkins-Drama Rebecca Bade-Band Samantha Harris-DECA Emily Nybo-NHS Janelle Matheny-Tennis Brittney Frampton-Drill. Those are the 22 young woman who competed. Each and everyone of these girls skits, turned out fabulous. They were very entertaining and so much fun to see. I love how creative some of them got. The four young woman that won are...Merrie Carson-Miss Congeniality...Janelle Matheny-2nd Contestant...Carrie Love-1st Contestant and last but not least...Chunie Johnson-Homecoming Queen. All the 22 ladies deserved to be in the top four, because they were all great. It would of been a hard decision for me, I know that. The Homecoming Game was amazing. We were playing West Jordan. It was such a fun and intense game! Lets make count and see how many games Pleasant Grove has won. Timp View-Won Timpanogas-Won Hillcrest-Won and so of course we won West Jordan! The score if I remember right was 43 to 14. I am stoked for this weeks game, PG vs Amerian Fork. We will just have to wait and see what happens. Homecoming Night

So yesterday was homecoming as we all know. And this is how my homecoming day went. So my friend calls me and says want to have dinner at the "Smoke House" I said, "sure." So we went to the smoke house and it was the yummiest food ever! We just laughed and goofed off, it was pretty much amazing. From there my friends and I decide that we wanted to go hang out who knows where. So her family left in one car and my friends and I left with me. Once we got in the car I gave my friend her present and it was her very own prince frog. He was super cute. The girls decided to go to Jamba Juice, so as we headed there, my friend with the frog got her pants soaked, like if she had an accident. It was pretty embarrassing for her but oh so funny! From Jamba Juice we headed to my house and we decided what we wanted to do. So my friend decided to go to a random friends house and take a picture in front of his house...talk about stalker. Anyways, from there my other friend wanted to take a picture in front of this other boys house, it didn't happen quite yet because his mom came was walking down the street with three dogs. So we passed her and drove off. Later that night. One of my friends decided to go to this boys house. So we go and she comes out about five minutes later with two boys, my friend and I are like "oh shoot." Once we got to know them they were so much fun and all we could do was laugh. We were there for two hours. One of the girls wanted to leave so we went to go get courtesy cones and water at Artic Circle. That was fun. We didn't know what to do so we decided to go back to the they guys house and hang out with them again. When we saw them one of them was already in his pajamas. The other was watching t.v. downstairs. We asked them if they wanted Ice cream and water, they said yes. They blasted the radio so loud and the whole car was vibrating, that is how bad it was. So once we got to Artic Circle, we decided to go to the drive thru this time and they gave us more ice cream and water...for free again! We were there for about fifteen minutes and then we decided to go up to Kwanis Park and just hang out up there. Once we got there, there was a car with its lights on. We didn't want to know what was going on in there. We all just hung out there for five minutes laughing and saying the dumbest jokes. We headed back to their house and lost track of time it was eleven thirty. We were all busted because we needed to be home by eleven. Luckily we got out of it. But that was my homecoming night! Vikings. Enough Said.

So last Friday was the football game, and i was going to meet some of my friends there, so we could all go crazy and show our school spirit. Anyways....so when I got there, I saw one of my Y.C. avisors and started talking to her till my friend showed up. When she finally got there she had this surprise for me. Her surprises are never good. She wanted me to talk to this kid who I haven't talked to in a while, yeah her plan totally failed. But anyways...moving on. The game was Vikings against Hillcrest. We all knew Vikings were going to win, I mean come on, we are vikings, the best ever! So by fourth quarted the score was 48 to 10. PG DOMINATES once again. I just love to call myself a viking, it's the best feeling ever! "Love your high school years, because it feels dang good to dominate!"

Once A Dancer, Always A Dancer

So today was the stake dance and a friends birthday party! They were both so much fun. Although I had to leave the birhtday party early because I promised my friend a week earlier that I would go to the dance with her. So I went to the birthday party and played Dance Dance Revolution. I love that game to death! I sure keeps you in shape if you dance hard enough. Then a little bit later more friends came to the party. Next we opened the presents. My friend got really cute things. When 8:30p.m. hit, my friend and I needed to head over to the dance because the friend I told I would be there would be waiting. So as my friend and I were heading to the dance she was texting one of our guy friends and she was trying to get him to come but he said no. So she said, "If I could find a ride for you, would you come?" and he said, "Yes." So I turned the car around and we headed to go pick him up. My right foot was shaking as we were heading to go pick him up. Once we got him, everyone in the car was dead silent. Talk about awkward. When we were almost at the dance, all three of us started talking. So that was a good sign. We got inside and I saw my friend there that I was meeting and she was the only one dancing. I couldn't dance because I couldn't get over the awkwardness but about thirty minutes later into the dance we all started dancing, even our buddy, he was sure rocking it out. So as we keep dancing and there is only twenty five minutes till the dance is over. He asked us if we could go outside because we were all really hot and sweating. So we headed outside for the remainder of the dance. He then suggested to go to Wendy's or to Artic Circle. We headed to Artic Circle to get Kiddy Cones and Water. It was pretty funny! We turned the music up loud and we were all laughing so hard. It was sure some fairytale.

Family Fun

Okay, I don't even know where to start with this post but here we go. My cousin invited us to go to his little boys baby blessing. It started all reverent then it turned into this Ninja Distruction party! Well, once everyone showed up we did the baby blessing, that went well other than the baby didn't stop crying throughout the whole thing, once the blessing was over then the baby stopped crying, it was pretty funny. So once the blessing was over we all started eating and socalizing with each other. To tell you the truth there were cute boys there, i'm not the only one to think that though. But anyways...my cousins and I saw our cousin outside on the neighbors swing and we went to go play with him. Once we got up to him one of my cousins thought it would be funny if he did a front flip, so she grabbed him and he was half way on the ground. Then suddenly she was holding him upside down and she couldn't hold him much longer. All of a sudden his pants and underwear are coming off and there were little girls looking out the window, it was so sad, but so funny! We wanted to help her so bad but we couldn't because we were dying of laughter. We all know what happend next, the poor little guy started crying, so we needed to comfort him and make him happy again, which turned out great. Once we got him happy his siblings came out and we started plaing freeze tag. It's really funny because when i was young and played freeze tag nobody wanted to be the tagger and if they were the tagger they would give up because they could never tag anyone. Well now and days all the kids want to be the tagger, i love it! So my little cousin always wanted to be the tagger no matter what. He would fall and say "OW" then get back up and keep playing. He did that over and over, he is a very fast kid! It's crazy! Later on, we were all tired of playing the game so we played Ninja Distruction! It started out with just the family plaing then we got the whole neighborhood playing, it got way intense! We were all outside laughing so hard because of the dumb moves we did and how hard the teenagers hit each other. That game went on for a while. All the little ones had to head home. But once our family went inside, we kept playing, we even got parents to play! We all had the best time ever. Who knew a baby blessing would turn out way intense? I sure didn't. Weekend

This weekend has been really interesting because I got sick on Friday and then the next day I had four parties to go to. It stunk really bad that I couldn't go to all of them. I had so much fun to the ones I went to though. First I had a birthday party to go to and they did this "National Treasure" thing to it. It was so much fun! We had to go find clues and go around Pleasant Grove to find each hidden clue. It was way intense. Then I headed to the HOSA Social with my friends and saw more friends there. I had so much fun! We met about eight people if I remember right. They were very interesting, let me tell ya haha. Well that is my weekend so far.
