Zumba!

Last night I went to Zumba! It was tons of fun! Right after Zumba there was a class called, Dance Party! Basically it's the same as Zumba, except this is hip hop and not latin dancing. The last 15 minutes of class we did toning. We worked out our quads and hamstrings. It was a killer!! Each time I walk i'm in the biggest pain! Anyway, after Dance Party, there was another Zumba class! So we did that as well...for only 35 minutes. We were way to sore to stay for the whole thing.
I have to work tonight and I can barely walk. This will sure be a great adventure :)
